WINTERTHUR, Del. (WPVI) -- A Delaware man is now behind bars, facing his 5th DUI charge, according to police.
State troopers arrested 35-year-old Benjamin Rife, of Wilmington, early Saturday morning.

Investigators say he drove off the roadway and was stuck in the grass near the Winterthur Museum on Kennett Pike in Winterthur around 4:20 a.m.
Police say he showed signs of impairment and refused to perform a field sobriety test.
Rife has four prior DUI-related convictions.
He was taken to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $10,000 cash bond.
