Driver flees after fiery pickup truck crash in Bethlehem Township

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (WPVI) -- The Action Cam captured the smoky aftermath of a dramatic crash in the Lehigh Valley early Saturday morning.

Crews responded to the 3900 block of Freemansburg Avenue in Bethlehem Township around 2:15 a.m., after a pickup truck slammed into a wall and burst into flames.

Police say the driver managed to crawl out through the sunroof before fleeing the scene on foot.

Authorities are still searching for the driver and working to determine what caused the crash.
