SHARON HILL, Pa. (WPVI) -- Children and families in need in Delaware County will be warmer this winter, thanks to the foundation created in remembrance of 8-year-old Fanta Bility.
On what would have been her 13th birthday on Thursday, her family and friends teamed up with the Sharon Hill Borough Council.

Together, they handed out coats, hats, scarves, and gloves at the First Home Choice & Community Services.
Fanta was shot and killed in 2021 when three former Sharon Hill police officers fired into a crowd outside a high school football game.
