Firefighters extinguish house fire in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Firefighters were able to quickly put out a house fire in North Philadelphia on Thursday.

They arrived to find heavy flames coming from the second floor of the home on the 2800 block of Croskey Street.

The fire broke out around 2 a.m.

People were inside at the time, but everyone was able to make it out safely.
