Former Delaware swim instructor charged with child sex abuse

The arrest of a former long-time swim instructor in Delaware on charges he sexually assaulted children has authorities looking for more possible victims.

Thomas Kennedy, 56, of Dover, was arrested last month.

Police say there are at least four known victims.

Kennedy served as a swim instructor at multiple YMCA facilities between 1997 and 2020.
