
CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Multiple roadways in Philadelphia and New Jersey are closed due to flooding from heavy rain.
A Flood Watch Warning is in effect for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties in New Jersey, as well as in Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania, until 2:15 p.m.

Several cars could be seen submerged under water.

Traffic is backed up on Route 30 in New Jersey, as you come off the Ben Franklin Bridge, due to water on the roadway.
The Action Cam saw high water on the westbound ramp, coming onto the Schuylkill Expressway from City Avenue.
Several cars attempted to drive through floodwaters.
Flash flooding from the heavy rain also completely covered the sidewalks and spilled onto Kelly Drive.

Drivers are reminded to turn around and find an alternate route if they come across flooded roadways.
