How SEPTA's track inspectors keep the rail system moving

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Our next SEPTA Spotlight shines a light on the important track inspectors on the rail system.

Anthony Stumpo is an 8-year veteran of SEPTA. He is one of 54 track inspectors and maintainers who make emergency repairs, record track conditions, and make sure the system is safe for everyone.
