
TRAINER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Three injuries were reported after a fire on Thursday at a refinery in Trainer, Delaware County.
The fire was reported around 11:30 a.m. at Monroe Energy on the 4100 block of Post Road.

Company officials say the fire started in a process unit pump room.
Video from Chopper 6 showed fire crews dousing the blaze from multiple angles, as a large column of black smoke rose into the air.

The fire was contained around 1:30 p.m.
County officials say one of the injuries included a burn victim who was airlifted to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. That person's condition is not yet known.
The other two were heat stress-related and are not expected to be critical.
Officials had recommended that people living near the plant shelter in place earlier in the afternoon. That recommendation has been lifted.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
