Man charged with murder in deadly balcony fall after allegedly pushing victim during argument

COATESVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A 53-year-old man is facing criminal charges for a deadly balcony fall in Chester County.

Authorities say Neftali Feliciano-Perez argued with another man along the 700 block of East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville on Saturday night.

Then, officials say, he pushed the victim into a railing that broke, causing both men to fall.

The victim suffered severe head injuries and later died at the hospital.

Feliciano-Perez remains at Chester County Prison.

He will be charged with 3rd degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.
