Man shot during parking dispute in Philadelphia's Wissinoming section

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A parking spot dispute led to a shooting in Philadelphia's Wissinoming section Monday night.

Police say it happened in the lot of an apartment building in the 5900 block of Jackson Street at 11 p.m.

The victim was shot once in the leg and is in stable condition.

The suspected shooter remained on scene and is cooperating with police, who have recovered his handgun as they continue to investigate.
