PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The ramp from Market Street to I-95 South reopened on Tuesday afternoon.
It had been shut down since March 2025 as part of Philadelphia's $329 million CAP project.
Crews installed a new stormwater drain and replaced the covered area over the interstate between Chestnut and Walnut Streets.
A short-term closure of the ramp will be scheduled later this year to complete minor upgrades that are still needed, including line painting.
