OAKS, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Montgomery County day care where a former employee allegedly assaulted two babies has been shut down.
The state closed Oaks Early Learning Center last week after a new incident that officials say was not reported to the proper authorities.
According to the Department of Human Services, a baby fell off a changing table on Dec. 19, hit their head on the floor and later vomited during feeding. Officials said the report to the baby's parents was delayed.
This was reportedly the second such incident last month, officials said.
The closure comes after last summer's arrest of Catalina Baldwin, a worker at the same facility. She was charged with severely injuring two infants in her care.
Oaks Early Learning Center has not responded to requests for comment.
