Route 42 southbound reopened following multi-vehicle crash in Bellmawr, New Jersey

BELLMAWR, N.J. (WPVI) -- A crash involving several vehicles forced the closure of busy Route 42 in South Jersey Wednesday morning.

Chopper 6 was over the scene as crews cleared the wreckage along the southbound lanes in Bellmawr, Camden County.

Officials say the drivers of both vehicles involved were injured, but its unclear how severe their injuries are.

Investigators have not said what might have led up to the crash.
