Parachuter rescued after getting tangled in tree in Williamstown, NJ

WILLIAMSTOWN, N.J. (WPVI) -- A skydiving trip in South Jersey took an unexpected turn when a parachuter ended up tangled in a tree.

The Williamstown Fire Department was dispatched to Cross Keys Skydive in Williamstown, New Jersey on Sunday.

Crews quickly worked to reach the stranded person and bring them safely back to the ground.

Officials have not released any information on possible injuries or what led to the incident.
