Pennsauken High School honors veterans during ceremony

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Pennsauken High School held a Memorial Day observance on Tuesday.

Local veterans were invited to attend the special ceremony which included a POW/MIA presentation.

The ceremony was followed by a visit to the school's Alumni Veterans Memorial Plaza.

The site pays tribute to over a dozen Pennsauken High School Students who went off to war and never came home.

The observance was led by the school's Air Force Junior ROTC program.
