Person struck by River Line light rail in Riverside, Burlington County

RIVERSIDE, N.J. (WPVI) -- A person was struck by the River Line light rail in Riverside, Burlington County, on Thursday night.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. at the Pavilion Avenue crossing.

Investigators say the man was trespassing in the area.

He was rushed to the hospital with unknown injuries.

There were no reported injuries to the 35 passengers and the operator on board the train.
