PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia City Council is holding a public hearing and final vote on the ICE OUT legislation.
It was first introduced back in January.
The plan sets new limits on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement activity in the city.
It targets four areas: identity concealment, data sharing, access to city services and use of city property.
Over 1,000 Philadelphians have signed a petition calling on City Council and Mayor Parker to pass the package of legislation into law.
