Police say the driver fled the scene after the crash.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating after a driver crashed into another vehicle and a house in Southwest Philadelphia before leaving the scene on Thursday afternoon.
"Here we are again - right back to square one," said Thomas Harvey, whose front porch was destroyed. He said he's living this nightmare all over again.
"I just fixed this house," said Harvey, who paid about $6,000 from his own pocket for repairs. "Not even two months, and this is what happened."
Ring video shows a black Audi speeding down Paschall Avenue around 3:40 p.m. on Thursday. The driver went around two vehicles and struck a silver Volkswagen before crashing into Harvey's house.
"This one is worse. The first time it was only the basement, but this time it's the front porch," said Harvey. "I'm disappointed."
Harvey said thankfully no one was home at the time, and his neighbors, who typically sit outside, heard the crash from inside their house.
"I would really be scared of sitting here anymore because we're not worried about bullets now, we're worrying about the car," said Richard Arocho as he sat next to the wreckage.
Police said the driver of the Volkswagen was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, while the driver of the Audi walked away from the scene, leaving Harvey to pick up the pieces yet again.
"He's a great man. I just feel bad that everything is happening to him," said Arocho.
"He don't deserve it. He works hard for a living to come home and keep fixing his house. It's a shame," said neighbor Lisa Miller.
Now, residents urge local leaders to improve safety measures in the area to protect them and their property.
"I got kids," said Miller. "Imagine my kids would have got hit because people want to zoom and stuff like that down the street. They just don't care. I think they should put cameras and more speed bumps to eliminate the problem of them speeding."
