PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Zoo returned to its regular operations this weekend following a water main break.
Chopper 6 was over the zoo Friday where water could be seen flowing through the 'Tiger' parking lot.
As a result of the water main break, the zoo closed at approximately 3 p.m.
Action News has learned the break was reportedly caused by a plumbing issue and it did not impact the animals or their habitats.
The zoo resumed normal business hours on Saturday.
