Police investigating possible arson at restaurant in West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A restaurant in West Philadelphia was damaged in a fire that officials believe was intentionally set.

Firefighters responded to Saad's Halal Restaurant on the 4500 block of Walnut Street just before 4 a.m. on Wednesday.

The fire marshal declared it an arson about two hours later.

Investigators believe they know who started the fire, but so far, no charges have been filed.

The incident remains under investigation.
