Power outage closes Germantown school; afternoon activities canceled

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- A power outage meant no classes Wednesday for some students in Germantown.

The John B. Kelly school is closed today.

All after-school activities and athletic programs are also canceled.

The school district says parents should monitor its website for updates.
