If you've seen the movie "Pretty Woman," you'll surely remember the big scene where Julia Roberts is turned away from a fancy Beverly Hills boutique because of the way she's dressed.
She returns the next day dressed more conservatively to a much different reception.
Now, there's big controversy over the fact that a North Dakota high school used the clips to teach the girls a lesson about the dress code.
Teachers say the goal was to urge girls to stop wearing tight pants to school and say the clips showed them how they are in charge of the image they project.
Some parents were outraged, syying their girls do not dress like prostitutes and that the school is using public shaming to sexualize them.
The principal later admitted that yes, it was poor judgement.
