PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Students, families, and city leaders are calling for around-the-clock access to public transit for kids in Philadelphia.
Councilmember Rue Landau, and the group 'Transit Forward Philly' advocated for the change on Monday in City Hall.
The current student fare program is limited by distance, time of day and days of the week.
Supporters say universal access would benefit children who are involved in after-school activities.
