PHILADELPHIA -- World Cup soccer fans will be able to get a free ride on SEPTA's Broad Street Line (B Line) after the games at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia this summer, courtesy of Airbnb.
The Broad Street Line provides service to the South Philadelphia Sports Complex via NRG Station.
Complimentary rides home from NRG Station for FIFA World Cup 2026 matches will begin at halftime and continue for two hours following the end of the match.
Regular fares will apply for all travel to the matches.
SEPTA will operate regularly scheduled service along with Sports Express trains every 10 minutes or less.
In a statement released Monday, Philadelphia Soccer 2026 said the program is designed to offer complimentary rides so fans can experience safe and reliable transportation while enjoying the games.
"We're proud to partner with Philadelphia Soccer 2026 and the City of Philadelphia to make the World Cup more affordable and accessible for fans and residents across the city," said Jay Carney, Global Head of Policy and Communications for Airbnb.
"The B Line is the best way to get to and from the Sports Complex, and their generous support will help us deliver a safe, reliable, and efficient trip home for visitors and residents alike," said Scott A. Sauer, General Manager of SEPTA.
The first World Cup match in Philadelphia is on June 14.
