Route 55 reopens in Glassboro, Gloucester County after tractor-trailer crash

GLASSBORO, N.J. (WPVI) -- All lanes of Route 55 are have reopened after a tractor-trailer overturned in Gloucester County on Monday morning.

The crash involving two vehicles happened just after 4:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Exit 48 - Ellis Mill Road in Glassboro, New Jersey.

One driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.

Gloucester County HazMat was assisting Glassboro Fire Department with a diesel leak.

The roadway was shut down for several hours.

New Jersey State Police are investigating the accident.
