Search underway after man falls into water in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Emergency crews are searching for a man who fell into the water in Chester, Delaware County.

The call came in around 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Police say a man in his 20s fell into the water while he was charging his phone.

The Action Cam was at Ethel Waters Park, where rescue crews could be seen searching Chester Creek by boat.

Police are calling the search a recovery effort.
