Second person arrested for shooting the wrong person in West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A second suspect is behind bars for the murder of a woman in West Philadelphia.

U.S. Marshals announced the arrest of 21-year-old Zaire Manning.

He was taken into custody Tuesday on the 6300 block of Greene Street.

The victim was identified as 20-year-old Imani Ringgold.

She was on her way home when she was shot 18 times on April 7th.

Police say it was a case of mistaken identity.

She was trying to catch the bus when the suspects pulled up in a Mazda and opened fire.

Another suspect, 24-year-old Hamza Ruley, is already in police custody.
