PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- In this week's Shelter Me, we introduce you to Robert from the Pennsylvania SPCA!
Robert is a six-month-old German Shepherd mix.

He was one of 76 dogs, 15 cats and kittens, and two Flemish rabbits who were rescued from a Lancaster County home on April 24.
The animals were found living in deplorable conditions.
Robert is very smart, playful and affectionate, despite the rough start he had in life.
He would do well in any family, with a slow introduction to cats, small children or other family dogs.
The animals who were saved, including Robert, are now ready for adoption and looking for a new life in their forever homes.
They can be visited at the PSPCA shelter on Erie Avenue in Philadelphia and at Main Line Animal Rescue in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
