Players pay tribute to Roy Halladay on social media

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Phillies posted a statement on their twitter account shortly after the announcement of the death of former player Roy Halladay.

Soon thereafter, twitter began to light up with players, current and former, sharing memories of the Cy Young Award-winning pitcher.

Former Phillies manager Charlie Manuel said he was "stunned to silence" by the news.
