PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Drivers caught on camera speeding along Broad Street will begin to receive warnings.

A 60-day warning period begins Monday.
Then, starting November 14, drivers clocked at 11 miles-per-hour above the 25 mile-per-hour speed limit will be hit with a $100 fine.
