Spruce Street Harbor Park on Philadelphia's Penn's Landing officially re-opens

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Spruce Street Harbor Park on Philadelphia's Penn's Landing is officially open for the season.

This summer, visitors can take advantage of new "on the water" offerings including "chill boats."

There is also a free concert series every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and new wellness programs including Tai Chi classes.

It is open Sunday - Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. There are special hours for holidays.
