

HUNTING PARK (WPVI) -- A man suspected of robbing a Metro PCS cellphone store was apprehended when police say he struck at another store.
Authorities say the man first hit the Metro PCS store on the 6400 block of Frankford Avenue around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The armed man made off with an undetermined amount of cash.
Police sent an alert to be on the lookout for the suspect as he may strike again.
About an hour later, the Metro PCS store located along the 4200 block of North Broad Street was robbed.
This time, SWAT officers were staking out the store and began chasing the suspect on foot.
A short time later, the suspect was arrested.
Police recovered the suspect's gun and mask as well as the stolen money,
No one was injured in either robbery.
Police say the man may be responsible for several other robberies in the area.
