
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting that left three people injured in North Philadelphia.
Police responded to a report of a shooting near 15th and Clearfield streets just before 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Investigators learned that a physical altercation had broken out between two women.
During the fight, a 27-year-old male suspect allegedly pulled out a handgun and opened fire while the people were on the ground.
Three victims were injured in the gunfire.
A 30-year-old male, a 22-year-old female, and a 19-year-old female.
All three victims were taken to Temple University Hospital by private car, and are listed in stable condition.
Police say the suspect fled the hospital area in a silver Ford Taurus.
The investigation remains ongoing.
