Texas man accused of sex abuse involving Montgomery County, Pa. teenager

WHITPAIN TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A man from Magnolia, Texas, is accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teen in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Mitchell Van Dusen, 31, is charged with multiple felonies, including Sexual Abuse of Children.

The victim told Whitpain Township Police she met Van Dusen in an online chat room, and Van Dusen would send the victim money in exchange for explicit images.

According to the district attorney's office, the victim told Van Dusen she was a minor, but the conversations continued.

Van Dusen is also charged with Human Trafficking of a Minor and Unlawful Contact with a Minor.

He was extradited to Pennsylvania last week.

Van Dusen is being held on $500,000 cash bail.
