Theatrical release of Broadway hit 'Hamilton' premieres

NEW YORK (WPVI) -- From Broadway to Disney+, and now to the big screen!

The Tony Award-winning musical Hamilton is being released in theaters this weekend.

The original cast of Broadway's Hamilton once again reunited to celebrate 10 years of the Broadway phenomenon.

Action News' Alicia Vitarelli was in New York City for the premiere of the theatrical release of Hamilton.
