Two 13-year-old boys arrested in student sex tape scandal

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police arrested two 13-year-old boys Friday in a student sex tape scandal.

Special Victims detectives say the young suspects at Southwest Philadelphia's Tilden Middle School blackmailed an 11-year-old girl into a sex act earlier this month.

The video was then posted online.
