Vehicle found submerged in Brandywine Creek in Wilmington, Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Wilmington Police are investigating, after a vehicle was found partially submerged in the Brandywine Creek.

Officers and firefighters were called to 13th and Church streets before 8 a.m. Monday.

Divers were called in a short time later.

Action News is told no one was found in the vehicle.

Efforts were underway to remove the vehicle from the creek.
