
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Restrictions that were put in place on highways in Pennsylvania and New Jersey ahead of the winter storm have been lifted.
Meanwhile, the following changes to driving restrictions in the State of Delaware have been announced and took effect at 11 a.m. Monday:
The Level 1 Driving Warning has been lifted for New Castle County.
Kent and Sussex counties remain at Level 2 Driving Ban.
No person may operate a motor vehicle on Delaware roadways when a Level 2 Driving Restriction has been activated, except for persons designated as essential personnel including operators of snow removal equipment employed, contracted by a public or private entity or designated persons already approved through the Delaware Emergency Management Agency's State of Emergency Driving Waiver Program.
