VIDEO: Final Mummers preps for Fralinger

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- It wouldn't be a Mummers Parade without glitter- lots of glitter - and on Monday afternoon, members of the Fralinger String Band got the glitter going as they got their props ready for this year's parade.
