
WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A judge ordered the man accused in the recent ChristianaCare hospital shooting in Wilmington, Delaware to be extradited back to the state.
Police arrested John Wallace-Bey in Philadelphia hours after the shooting on June 16th.
Ethan Hillman was killed, and a 19-year-old man was injured.
Wallace Bey faces charges of first degree murder, attempted murder, and reckless endangerment. Delaware has 30 days to bring him back to the state to face charges.
On Tuesday evening, members of the Wilmington community are gathering for a vigil to remember the victims. It begins at 6pm at First Unitarian Church on Halstead Road.
