CLINTON TWP. Pa. (WPVI) -- Witnesses are describing the moment they saw a massive house explosion in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
"All of a sudden, we heard this explosion. It was crazy. The whole house shook," said Katie Kirmstone. "I thought our house blew up. I'm not kidding. Like, it was this loud rumble - stuff fell off the wall."
"Completely engulfed the house really fast," added John Warden. "When that happened, the second house caught on fire and then there was a second explosion."
The blast damaged at least seven homes and injured several people in Clinton Township, Wayne County, on Thursday morning.

Investigators believe leaking gas from a propane tank ignited, causing two other propane tanks to explode.
Troopers say an 84-year-old woman was inside the home's kitchen when the blast happened.
She tried to get to her 63-year-old son who was upstairs, but couldn't.
Luckily, he was able to climb out a window to get to safety.
Miraculously, no one was killed.
Three people were injured.
