FALLS TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A Bucks County woman is accused of causing, and then exploiting, the death of her roommate.

The district attorney's office said 38-year-old Christina Gallo supplied her roommate, 34-year-old Mary Wells, with a lethal dose of drugs on January 2, 2025, in Falls Township.

Afterward, they say, Gallo drained Wells' financial accounts.

It's money that, Wells' family says, could have been used for a proper funeral.

Gallo was charged this week with multiple offenses, including involuntary manslaughter and identity theft.
