BRECKNOCK TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Slick roads likely led to a crash in Berks County Thursday along a stretch of Route 222 in Brecknock Township.
Authorities say a car carrier somehow ended on its side in the median.
The driver was trapped in the rig for more than an hour before emergency crews could get him out.
He was rushed to the hospital, but officials are not commenting on his condition.
The crash left a mess of cars strewn across the median.
Route 222 was shut down for several hours for the cleanup and investigation.
