Man charged in deadly crash in Honey Brook

HONEY BROOK, Pa. (WPVI) -- One man has been charged following a deadly accident along Route 322.

The accident occurred around 10:50 a.m. Wednesday at Route 322 and Chestnut Tree Road in Honey Brook, Chester County.

70-year-old Diana Weaver from West Chester was killed yesterday when a car and a pickup truck collided.

Police say 51-year-old Kenneth Haldeman was allegedly driving under the influence at the time of the accident.

He has been charged with homicide by vehicle and DUI.
