2 injured in Center City SEPTA bus crash

Two people were injured in a crash involving a SEPTA bus in Center City on Monday morning.

The crash happened at 9:30 a.m. at 22nd and the Ben Franklin Parkway.

Initial reports are that the Route 27 bus was travelling north on 22nd when it collided with another vehicle.

A 21-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

There was no immediate word on the cause of the crash.
