A Chester County photographer and disc jockey appeared in court Wednesday to face charges of sexual assault and child pornography.

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Chester County photographer and disc jockey appeared in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on charges of sexual assault and child pornography.

Prosecutors say Daniel Milowicki, 28, of West Bradford Township, was found with child porn and upskirt videos of girls at high school dances.

They say he worked as the DJ for those dances, and also worked as a DJ at children's birthday parties and weddings.

Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said the case began after Milowicki posted an ad for a petite model on Craigslist.

Investigators say he filmed a 21-year-old woman performing a sex act against her will and threatened to release the video online if she didn't subject herself to another photo shoot to perform additional sex acts.

Troopers eventually searched his home, allegedly finding hundreds of images of child pornography, including pictures of children as young as five.

Milowicki, who has been free on bail since he was first charged back in April, was expected to be held over for trial on multiple charges.
