CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia lobbyist has reached a plea deal in an assault case.

A.J. Marsico pleaded no contest on Friday to harassment, assault and recklessly endangering another person.

The charges come from an alleged attack against a 27-year-old woman at The Bellevue in Center City in August of 2014.

He had been accused of sexual assault, but those charges were dropped.

Marsico is the brother of the Dauphin County District Attorney.

He is married to 6abc reporter Annie McCormick.
