Senior holiday health and fitness expo

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Staying fit and active isn't easy at the holidays for anyone, but some seniors got help with that Tuesday.

State representative Joanna McClinton hosted this 2nd annual Senior holiday health and fitness expo at Motivation high school in West Philadelphia.

Older folks learned how to fit movement and healthy eating into their holiday and every day.
