Man critical in Southwest Philadelphia shooting

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man was hospitalized in critical condition after being shot in Southwest Philadelphia.

It happened around 4:15 p.m. Friday near 62nd and Reedland streets.

A man was wounded and was taken to Penn-Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition.

It's not clear if the man was the only victim.

An Action News photographer reported hearing gunshots after arriving at the scene.

No word on a motive or any possible suspects.

Police are investigating.
