1 critical after Strawberry Mansion double shooting

STRAWBERRY MANSION (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a double shooting in Strawberry Mansion.

The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. Sunday on the 1900 block of North 28th Street.

Police say two men were walking down the street when another man opened fire.

Both men were shot.

One victim was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.

The second victim was treated and released from Hahnemann University Hospital.

11 shell casings were found at the scene.

A bullet also struck the front window of a truck.

The shooter fled on foot.
